Members were asked to reconsider this application in light of amended plans received. Members previously objected with a number of concerns, predominantly about the four storey development. Whilst the number of appartments had been slightly reduced it still remained a four-storey building out of character with the area. Members remained of the view that this was still an over-development of the site.
