8UPDATE ON YOUTH CONSULTATION
To receive an update on the outcome of the Shropshire Council Youth Consultation and how that might impact on proposals for youth service delivery in Shrewsbury, including proposals for Shrewsbury Town Council being the deliverer/commissioner of Youth Services

To consider the development of a budget for the delivery of Youth Services;
To consider utilising other Council budget lines including underspent LJC funding and Councillor Grants Fund -

To consider the development of a Communications Strategy for the promotion of Youth Services

To consider the operational logistics in running Youth Services; including:
Use of Premises, equipment (any inventory) & associated costs. Members have also asked to visit the various locations

To agree timescales for delivery of Youth Services
