Meeting Agenda Items

  • 1APOLOGIES

    To receive and accept apologies for absence.

  • 2DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    To receive Declarations of Pecuniary Interest in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

  • 3SARAH WILKINS

    Sarah Wilkins shall attend the meeting to detail her role as Commissioner for Youth Services including the possible inclusion of Special Needs Youth Provision.

  • 4MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

    To approve the minutes of the Youth Services Delivery Committee meeting held on 14 July 2015.

  • 5MATTERS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING

    BUDGET

    COMMUNICATIONS

    OPERATIONAL LOGISTICS
    To consider the operational logistics in running Youth Services, including:
                      (a) Use of premies, equipment (any inventory) and associated costs.  Members have also asked to visit the various locations.
                      (b) Transfer of Youth Service Policies and Procedures.
                      (c) Transfer of files for Data Protection Purposes.
                      (d) Health & Safety.
         4.   TIMESCALES
                      (a) To agree timescales for delivery of Youth Services.
                      (b) To estbalish a meeting schedule for the Committee.
     

  • 7EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC

    To consider exclusion of the Press & Public on the grounds that the consideration of the following items may involve the likely disclosure of confidential information (s1(2) Public Bodies (Admission of Meetings) Act 1960).

  • 8STAFFING MATTERS

    To consider any matters in relation to staffing.

  • 9LEGAL AGREEMENTS

    To consider any matters in relation to the establishment of legal agreements.
