(i) Battle of Shrewsbury 1403, Battlefield, Shrewsbury – Register Entry Amended
To note that Historic England has amended the entry for Battle of Shrewsbury 1403 on the Register of Historic Battlefields and is recognised as a material consideration in planning terms.

(ii) 15/02162/NEWDEV – New Residential Development of Shillingston Drive, Shrewsbury
To note Shropshire Council’s decision to remove “Quarrel Place” from the list of proposed street names for this development, which will be substituted with an alternative more unique name.
(iii) 15/03538/LFVPRE – Efes Kebab House, 8 Castle Foregate, Shrewsbury
To note Shropshire Council’s Licensing Department’s comments that the application for the above premises will be determined by the Licensing Sub-Committee on 7th October.
(iv) 14/01484/FUL – Land East of Red Barn Road, Off Longden Road, Shrewsbury
To note that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of Shropshire Council to refuse to grant planning permission.

5COMMUNITY RIGHT TO BID - ASSET OF COMMUNITY VALUE
To consider the nomination of The Saddlers Public House, Whitecroft Road, Shrewsbury as an asset of community value under the Localism Act 2011 and Asset of Community Value Regulations (England) 2012.

To consider the following highway matters:
(i) Town & Country Planning Act 1990 – Proposed Stopping Up of Part of Footpath 117, Shrewsbury
To consider Persimmon Homes’ application for a permanent Stopping Up of approximately 190m of Public Footpath 117, Shrewsbury under Section 257 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.
(ii) Road Safety Strategy
To consider the updated list of community Road Safety concerns to be submitted to Shropshire Council.
