6PRESENTATION FROM McCARTHY AND STONE RE: 16/04590/FUL
To receive a presentation from Alex Mitchell (The Planning Bureau Ltd) and Chris Styles (IDP Architects) regarding the above McCarthy and Stone development 117/125 Wenlock Road. The Town Council previously objected to this scheme with the following comments:
“Members object to this application on the grounds that the parking provision is inadequate for the number of residential units. Whilst they understand the nature of the development, they dislike the massing of the building and they feel that demolition of 117 Wenlock Road is a significant loss to the area.” -

To approve any tree preservation orders received from Shropshire Council prior to the meeting.
