To receive an update from the Outdoor Recreation & Assets Manager on the following matters involving the Quarry:
(i) Update of events in the Quarry for 2018
(ii) Granting of a new Quarry Events Premises Licence
(iii) Update on the installation of a trial solar light in the Quarry
(iv) Installation of Geosensing Monitors in the Quarry and consider expanding the system to cover the Market Hall and SquareAttachments:

To receive an update by the Outdoor Recreations & Assets Manager on the work of the general market including general arrangements, uptake and waiting lists.

7RECREATION GROUND & OPEN SPACE MATTERS
To receive the Outdoor Recreation & Asset Managers Update Report on the following:
(i) County Ground – to update members on extension plans for the pavilion;
(ii) Monkmoor Recreation Ground – to consider a specification for the upgrade of the All Weather Pitch including fencing & lighting
(iii) Castle Walk Recreation Ground – to receive an update on the development of a linking path towards Riverside Meadows
(iv) Dana Footpath – to receive an update on plans to create an accessible path onto Castle Street from the Dana footpath -
8EXPANSION OF THE IN-HOUSE ENGINEERING FUNCTIONS
To consider a report into options to expand the in-house engineering functions to improve operational efficiency.

To receive an update on the management of the Shrewsbury Town Fisheries once the existing licence ceases.

To receive an update on the work of Team Shrewsbury.
