4BUDGET 2019/20
(i) To consider a revenue budget for the 2019/20 financial year for recommendation to Full Council meeting on 21st January 2019;
In considering the revenue budget the Town Clerk/RFO shall report on the following:
(a) The forecast out-turn for the 2018/19 financial year;
(b) The Taxbase for Shrewsbury required to calculate Household Precept;
(c) The proposed Fees & Charges for the 2019/20 financial year;
(d) The capital programme for 2019/20 and any allocation from revenue budget and/or existing reserves;
(e) Impact of the changes to the National Joint Council Pay Structures and the recent Job Evaluation Process.
(ii) To consider the precept for 2019/20 for recommendation to Full Council meeting on 21st January 2019; -

To consider exclusion of the Press & Public on the grounds that the consideration of the following items may involve the likely disclosure of confidential information (s1(2) Public Bodies (Admission of Meetings) Act 1960).

6LAND ADJACENT TO GREENFIELDS RECREATION GROUND
To receive details of Judicial Review proceedings against Shropshire Council and consider Shrewsbury Town Council’s involvement in that process as an identified Interested Party.
