Members would like to see comments from SC Highways before making a decision on this application. There is a lot of development in this area and Members are concerned with the potential increase in traffic. It is also a small site to house 10 flats and appears to be an overdevelopment. Members would like to see more detailed plans and measurements with regards to the size of each flat to ensure that they are not too small and being crammed into a small site.
