  To receive and accept apologies for absence.

• 2DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

  To receive Declarations of Pecuniary Interest in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

• 3MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

  To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 6 December 2021.

• 5BUDGET 2022/23

  (i)       To consider a revenue budget for the 2022/23 financial year for

  recommendation to Full Council on 24 January 2022

   

  In considering the revenue budget the Town Clerk/RFO shall report on the

  following

  (a)          The forecast out-turn for the 2021/22 financial year;

  (b)          The Taxbase for Shrewsbury required to calculate Precept;

  (c)           The proposed Fees & Charges for the 2022/23 financial year

       (approved by both the Recreation & Leisure Committee and the

                  Finance Committee;

  (d)          The capital programme for 2022/23 and any allocation from

       revenue budget and/or existing reserves;

   

  (ii)      To consider the precept for 2022/23 for recommendation to Full Council

  meeting on 24 January 2022.

  To approve the purchase of a property within the Town.
