Application Notes:
The Town Council objected to this application and fully supported the comments raised by the Conservation Officer in that the proposed works look incongruous and would be visible from the street scene. Members objected to the proposed tree removals and respectfully requested that Shropshire Council's Tree Officer visited the site and provides expert assessment and recommendations of the removal of the trees. Following a reconsultation on 01.11.22, Members discussed the revised proposals and were satisfied that concerns had been addressed. The Town Council now remove their original objection to this application
