The Town Council object to this application as the location proposed for the base station appears to be positioned in an area that floods. The height of the proposal would be harmful to the street scene and impact the visual amenity. Alternative locations outside of the Conservation Area should be considered. Members fully support the comments raised by the Conservation Officer.
