The Dementia Showcase Day is a unique event designed to highlight training courses, and awareness programmes that are focused on Dementia, as well as other initiatives that support people with dementia and their carers.
The Showcase Day will involve key note presentations, practical exhibits and interactive activities delivered by the teams from Shropshire Partners in Care, Training2Care and Apetito.
