Application Notes:
The Town Council objected to this application and recommended a site visit by SC Tree Officer. The Committee commented that there seemed to be a consistent thread through the application of “may cause damage”, but no evidence had been provided. There was no description of any of the planned height reduction of the tree works which is required in a TPO application. There were no proposals for planting replacement trees (including quantity, species, position and size) or reasons for not wanting to replant as required for a TPO application.
