Whilst the Town Council raise no objections per se, they ask that the comments advised by SC Archaeology be considered. Members raised concerns regarding the number of dwellings close to the Mansion and the narrow access road. Members suggest the parking spaces per property be reduced to amplify open space which in turn will help with the concerns regarding access. Members would also like more clarification regarding the SC Affordable Houses comment as there is no mention of affordable housing in the application. Members would therefore like consideration to be given to having affordable housing on this development.
