Another new business sponsor has been unveiled at two prime sites in the town in support of Shrewsbury in Bloom.
Approved Care and Support is the new sponsor of the roundabout on Welshpool Road at the entrance to Oxon Business Park as well as the island at the junction of Grange Road off Roman Road.
Amanda Jones, director of the company based at Oxon Business Park, said: “The Shrewsbury in Bloom sponsorship scheme is a great way to support the town’s floral features throughout the year.
“As a company, we pride ourselves on giving something back to our local community and we’re pleased to be able to support this innovative way of providing so much pleasure for both residents and visitors to the town. The Bloom Committee’s support for local schools and groups is a great way to encourage the next generation of gardeners and is something we fully support.
“We feel that our sponsorship of these roundabouts will help to raise our profile in the town. We are proud to support Shrewsbury in Bloom and we believe that we will both benefit from such a fantastic scheme.”
Approved Care and Support is an independent health and social care provider specialising in private personalised home care and community services in Shrewsbury and Oswestry. Providing a full range of assistance with experienced staff to help with tasks involved in community living settings.

“It is great that we have had so many new companies join us recently and this additional support will enable us to maintain the fantastic floral features we see throughout the town.”
