Please come and join The Mayor of Shrewsbury, Councillor Rebecca Wall, for Afternoon Tea in aid of her two charities, Diabetes UK and Guide Dogs for the Blind, taking place on Sunday 13th August from 12:30pm in the Members Marquee in the Quarry by kind permission of the Shropshire Horticultural Society.
Tickets are priced at £20.00 each and on sale from Eventbrite at this link . Your contribution will help support both Charities immensely.
You will be welcomed with a glass of Bucks Fizz on arrival before sitting down to a lovely afternoon tea served on vintage china with unlimited tea and coffee.
There will be a cash raffle with prizes donated from local organisations and a guess the name of the teddy bear competition. All proceeds from these will be split between the two charities.
We look forward to spending the afternoon with you and raising lots of money for the Mayor’s Charities. Any special dietary requirements will need to be advised by no later than Thursday 27th July 2023.
