Dementia Information Day

The event is about bringing 38 organisations across Shropshire together to offer information, support and advice to families that are affected by Dementia. It is an extremely difficult journey to go on when you are first diagnosed, you don't know were to turn and who can help. This event gives the attendees an opportunity to get this support face to face. Last year we had over 200 attendees. They were amazed at what support is there that they didn't know existed. Shropshire has some fantastic organisation that can help, but people don't know they are there.
