This event is the official opening of the Bellevue Art Exhibition. It is an invitation only event for participating artists and families plus VIP’s who support the festival.
BVAF committee members are also present.

This year our festival theme is MOVEMENT. Work from local schools will be exhibiting particularly Coleham Primary School.
