We would like to invite you to open Shrewsbury Prison Christmas Market 2023. Following the success of last year's event we have doubled the number of free tickets available to the public. We expect to welcome 14,000 members of the public over the weekend.
The two day event has been a huge success for local businesses, with many stalls selling out of stock within the first half day of trading last year, and making last minute arrangements to bake, create, and unbox more items for sale. Following this roaring success, many vendors have chosen to rebook for 2023.
This year, we have a total of 81 vendors coming from across the Midlands and Mid Wales, 38 of them are local to Shrewsbury or surrounding Shropshire towns and villages. The market is a real festive celebration of locally made gifts, foods, and entrepreneurship.
