  To approve the Minutes of the Annual Town Meeting held on 24 April 2023.

  a) Councillor Alan Mosley, Leader of Shrewsbury Town Council will report on the work of
  the Town Council overall
  b) Standing Committee Update – Finance & General Purposes Committee
  c) Standing Committee Update – Planning Committee
  d) Standing Committee Update – Recreation & Leisure Committee
  e) Standing Committee Update – Climate Change Committee

• 4POLICING IN SHREWSBURY

  Sgt Gary Lansdale from the Shrewsbury Safe Neighbourhood Team will give an update on
  policing matters in the Shrewsbury.

• 5PUBLIC FORUM

  Through the Microsoft Teams link members of the public will be able to ask questions which will
  be put to those presenting on the night.

• 6BIG TOWN PLAN PARTNERSHIP

  Tim Pritchard (Shrewsbury Programme Manager at Shropshire Council) and Seb Slater
  (Shrewsbury BID) will give an update on activities of the Big Town Plan Partnership.

• 7SHREWSBURY TOWN COUNCIL ACTION PLAN

  To carry out a desktop exercise with all present on future actions of the Town Council

• 8DATE OF NEXT MEETING

  To approve the date of the next Town Meeting for Monday 14 April 2025
