    To approve the minutes of the meetings held on 02 October 2017.

    To note the increase in Expenses for the 2017 Election to by invoiced to the Town Council and funded in the 2018/19 financial year.

  • 8BUDGET 2018/19

    (i)   To approve the proposed Fees & Charges for 2018/19;
     
    (ii)  To consider a revenue budget for 2018/19 for further consideration at the Finance & General Purpose Committee meeting in January 2018;

     
    (iii)  To consider any capital projects to be initiated/developed during the 2018/19 financial year.

  • 9EXTERNAL AUDITOR

    To receive details of the External Auditor as agreed under the Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015

    To receive an update on the Big Town Plan work and agree a contribution towards the development of a Masterplan.
