• 7BUDGET 2016/2017

  (i)  To approve the proposed Fees & Charges for 2017/2018;
   
  (ii)  To consider a budget for 2017/2018 for recommendation to Full Council;
   
  (iii)  To consider a precept levy for 2017/2018 for recommendation to Full Council.
   
  (iv)  To consider any capital projects to be initiated/developed during the 2017/18 financial year.

  To consider exclusion of the Press & Public on the grounds that the consideration of the following items may involve the likely disclosure of confidential information (s1(2) Public Bodies (Admission of Meetings) Act 1960).

• 9SHREWSBURY HYDRO

  Further to the Full Council resolution of 14 November 2016 members are asked to consider approval of a draft Options Agreement which is not in accordance with that resolution.

• 10THE FUTURE OF LOCAL SERVICES

  To receive an update regarding ongoing discussions with Shropshire Council in relation to the future management of local services in Shrewsbury.

• 11SERVICE REDESIGN CONSULTATION

  To consider a programme of works further to Full Council’s adoption of the Finance & General Committee minutes of 17 October 2016
