    To approve the minutes of the meetings held on 4 December 2017.

    (i)    To consider a revenue budget for 2018/19 for recommendation to Full Council meeting on 22nd January 2018;
     
    The Town Clerk/RFO shall report on the following:

    (a)        The Taxbase for Shrewsbury required to calculate Household Precept;
     
    (b)        Enquiries on the National Larger Councils E-forum about any Town Council providing grants to small businesses;
     
    (c)        Enquiries with Shropshire Parish Councils about any regular grants/SLAs to Citizens Advice;
     
    (d)        Correspondence from the Chief Executive of the Citizens Advice Service
     
    (ii)   To consider the precept for 2018/19 for recommendation to Full Council meeting on 22nd January 2018;

  • 6PROPOSALS TO CHANGE SCHOOL CATCHMENT BOUNDARIES

    To consider the proposals from Shropshire Council to amend the school catchment boundaries for three properties in Bowmere Heath to bring the primary and secondary school catchments for this area co-terminus.
