    Mark Barrow (Executive Director of Place – Shropshire Council) has asked to attend the meeting to appraise the Council of way forward for Shropshire Council
     

  • 6BUDGET 2020/21

    (i)         To consider a revenue budget for the 2020/21 financial year for recommendation to Full Council on 20th January 2020
                 In considering the revenue budget the Town Clerk/RFO shall report on the following
     
                (a)        The forecast out-turn for the 2019/20 financial year;
                (b)        The Taxbase for Shrewsbury required to calculate Precept;
                (c)        The proposed Fees & Charges for the 2020/21 financial year;
                (d)        The capital programme for 2020/21 and any allocation from revenue budget and/or existing reserves;
                (e)        Impact of the changes to the National Joint Council Pay Structures and the recent Job Evaluation Process.
     
    (ii)        To consider the precept for 20/21 for recommendation to Full Council meeting on 20th January 2020;
     

  • 7SHROPSHIRE PENSION FUND

    To receive a report following the triennial valuation of the Shropshire Pension Fund detailing implications for the Shrewsbury Town Council element of the fund and consider the recommendations of the RFO
