• 7INTERNAL AUDITOR

  To note that the Internal Auditor is not due to sign off the final audit of the 2022/23 accounts until mid-June.  Consideration of final audit report shall be deferred to Full Council on 26^th June 2023.

• 8UPDATE ON COMMITTEE & WORKING GROUP ACTIVITY

  To note that the Youth Working Group on 23^rd March 2023 and 18^th May 2023, and the Civics Working Group on 29^th April 2023 were inquorate and did not take place. The Committee is requested to consider future scheduling of these working groups.

• 9CAPITAL PROGRAMME

  To receive an update on the Capital Programme
