10LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND POLICE & CRIME PANELS (CORONAVIRUS) (FLEXIBILITY OF LOCAL AUTHORITY POLICE AND CRIME PANEL MEETINGS) (ENGLND & WALES) REGULATIONS 2020
(i) To note the enactment of regulations which temporarily removes the legal power for the council to hold public meetings in person during the
Coronavirus Pandemic(ii) To receive and adopt the report of the Town Clerk in regards to the practicalities of holding council meetings and discharging council functions.
