9ASSETS OF COMMUNITY VALUE
9.1 Belvidere Pub
Shropshire Council has received notification from the current owner that the Belvidere Pub, C Crowmere Road is to be disposed of through a sale of freehold. This has triggered the Interim Moratorium inviting valid community groups to express interest in being a potential bidder for the asset by 25th February 20199.2 Meole Golf Course
In accordance with s91 Localism Act 2011 & para 2 and 9 of Statutory Instrument 2012 No. 2421, Local Government, England, The Assets of Community Value (England) Regulations 2012, the Golf Course has been removed from the Register of successful Assets of Community Value on 18 January 2019 as the 5 year period of listing as laid out in the legislation has now expiredAttachments:
