    To approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 28 November 2019.

    To receive an analysis of the postcodes for those currently attending Flaxivity.

    To consider plans for Easter activities.

    To receive an update on the following projects which have received/have been bid for external funding:
    Reach out to Music Project – with The Hive – Youth Music funded
    Family Cooking Sessions – Food Hub funded

  • 12ALTERNATIVE CURRICULUM - UPDATE

    To receive an update on progress of the Alternative Curriculum Project.

  • 13SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL - YOUTH SERVICE DELIVERY

    To receive an update on the current understanding of arrangements for Youth Service Delivery by Shropshire Council.

    To receive an update on budget spending for the 2019/20 financial year.
