Members do not object to the proposed extension itself but the impact that this will have on the surrounding neighbourhood. Already the Dental Practice generates increased traffic, numerous deliveries that cannot pull off the highway and more cars than the allocated parking spaces. This causes problems to local residents and there are concerns that this extension will only lead to further consultation rooms and patients, therefore exacerbating these issues.
