Whilst the Town Council does not object to this application per se, Members are concerned about the additional stress/increased traffic flow this would cause to already congested highways in this area. Members would like to see comments from the SC Highways Officer with regards to the potential traffic impact and also the Ecology Officer/Conservation Officer comments with regards to the comments raised about bats residing in the roof space. Permission has been granted by SC before Town Council could comment further.
