Members raised concerns over this application with regards to the height of the proposed rooftop apartment. The elevations seem to show this as being higher than the adjacent property which was previously granted permission. Members would like more detailed visualisations to see whether this would be seen clearly from the road, which it appears it would. Concerns were also raised with how this would impact the view from Dana Walk way to Shrewsbury Railway Station. More detailed plans are requested before a decision is made on this application and would also like to see comments from the Conservation Officer. Application has now been withdrawn.
