The Town Council objects to the removal of the Pear tree and ask the question can the branches of tree be cut back instead of removing the entire tree? Would suitable pruning be a better option? There are no objections raised to the crown reduction of the Sycamore Tree. Members respectfully request that Shropshire Council’s Tree Officer visits the site and provides expert assessment and recommendations to confirm if the removal of the tree is necessary.
