Whilst the Town Council has no objections per se to this application, it would appear that the tree is sited on the southwest of the property and is clearly visible from most of the surrounding area and may have a high amenity value areas a result. Members respectfully request that Shropshire Council's Tree Officer visits the site and provides expert assessment and recommendations.
