It would appear that the application is reducing growth from a neighbour’s tree which they do not have permission for but do have the permission from the person whose land the branches go over. The plan provided does not make the situation clear and no photos have been provided which may have better explained the issue. Members respectfully request that the case officer obtains the information requested from the applicant as not enough clear information has been provided.
