Whilst the Town Council do not object to this application per se, there are concerns raised about the parking arrangements. There is no guarantee on the amount of cars that could be used by potential residents and with only one parking space available this would lead to added pressure on Derfald Street and the potential of access issues for the Fire Service. The committee request that any concerns from the Fire Service are taken in to account in the consideration of this application.
