Application Notes:
The Town Council object to the felling of the trees. Can the trees be dug out and replanted rather than felled. The trees can then be reused somewhere else on the Shropshire Council Estate. The container grown trees would not provide the same amount of shade cover as they will not grow to the same size as naturally planted trees. Who will be responsible for the maintenance and watering of these trees afterwards? The plans provided also shows that the existing air monitoring device is to be disconnected and removed to the tip – could further information be provided on this.
