Members support the Conservation Officer comments in that It is considered the development proposed would be overly dominant within the street scene which could place a detrimental impact on the Conservation Area. If permission is granted members request that conditions are established which ensures that the new building remains ancillary to the main property and cannot be sold as a separate residence.
