| The Town Council object to this application on the following grounds: The removal of significant trees within the area will not only detract from the visual amenity of the area but would also have a detrimental affect on the Conservation Area. Members note that these trees were part of a previous appeal and that their retention was a condition on the appeal being upheld. Therefore, if this condition is to be removed should this not be an application for variation of the extant planning permission rather than a tree application? | ||
